Private Rooms & Event Spaces
NYX offers private rooms and larger event spaces for groups of different sizes and styles. The Experience Room and Cellar can both be reserved as fully private spaces. Not sure which option fits best? Choose “Not sure yet” on the inquiry form and we'll help.
Experience Room
Up to ~50 guests
Best for: Birthdays, showers, girls' nights, pre-dinner gatherings, intimate celebrations
Cozy and conversation-forward. The Experience Room can be reserved as a fully private space for smaller gatherings.
Cellar
Up to ~70 guests
Best for: Private celebrations, seated gatherings, social hours, tastings
Intimate and distinctive — a level below the main floor with its own lounge feel and the option to reserve the space fully private.
Main Floor
Up to 132 guests
Best for: Cocktail-style gatherings, company socials, receptions, celebrations, and private nights out
A polished lounge setting for groups that want the energy of NYX's main space with room to gather, mingle, and celebrate.
Full Facility
Up to ~240 guests
Best for: Larger celebrations, corporate socials, holiday parties, full buyouts
The full NYX experience — main floor, Cellar, and seasonal deck options for larger private events.
Capacities are approximate and depend on layout, service needs, staffing, and event setup. All events subject to availability.

Yes. Both the Experience Room and Cellar can be reserved as fully private spaces. For larger gatherings, the Main Floor or Full Facility may be a better fit. Tell us your estimated guest count and event style, and we'll help you choose.
Yes. NYX private events can include cocktail service, Fence Stile wines, NYX spirits, curated wine-focused or cocktail-focused service, and zero-proof options so every guest has something to enjoy.
NYX may be able to coordinate nibbles or grazing boards. Outside catering may also be permitted when provided by a certified caterer licensed in Clay County. We can discuss options during planning.
Free parking is available directly in front of NYX.
